How hard is it to set up?
About as hard as sending an email. Send us your student roster (the same export your SIS already produces) and we handle the import. Your students log in and their hours are already there. No IT project.
Is student data kept private and secure?
Yes. Beyop is built to comply with FERPA and California student-privacy law, and we sign the standard California Student Data Privacy Agreement (CA-NDPA). Student data is encrypted, stored in the U.S., and never sold or used for advertising.
What does it cost?

Can we move our existing hours over?
